In my years as a professional sales account executive, I have found myself in many situations where I have needed a ride to or from the airport. I have many memories of boarding a crowded shuttle bus that took hours to get to the airport and home after numerous stops. If I was very desperate I would take a taxicab and cross my fingers that a non-smoking presentable cab/driver would show up and be able to make it to my final destination, it was a gamble to say the least.
