As someone who travels for a living, I have a high expectation for transportation services and Arizona Executive exceeds them every time.  I use the service several times each month and without fail, my SUV is waiting for me with a courteous and conscientious driver and ready to take me to my house or back to the airport.  The price is very reasonable, the value quite high and the service is simply outstanding!

I have been a regular client of Arizona Executive for about 6 months, after previously using several other providers.. During this time I have found them to be excellent.  They are priced very fairly, are very dependable time wise for pickups and the drivers are courteous, with well maintained vehicles.  In addition  communication is very efficient, either by E-Mail or telephone. I recommend them highly.

I love your service - have always been pleased and felt pampered going to/from the airport. Parking at the airport is a hassle, as is riding the shuttle. It's wonderful being dropped off at the door. Thanks for all you do!

On my return from the airport to home I even had a luggage "hitch" and your driver hung in there with me until it was resolved. As a regular business traveler, working in a fast paced career with unexpected trips needed to Sky Harbor Airport , I need an airport service that I can rely on. AE is a superior car service I can rely on for prompt service, in short notices, with pick up confirmations. I want to send a note of appreciation for the round trip ride my wife and I received from one of your drivers to and from Sky Harbor for our trip to Hawaii.  Not only was he on time...he is 15 minutes early, which really relieves the anxiety of whether we are going to make our flight, as we live quite some way from the airport.

On the trip back, we were tired, arriving at just before midnight last night.  Again, a little concerned that the connection would be successful having been taken to the airport, but never from the airport.  Our concerns were quickly evaporated, as upon landing, there was a voice mail on my phone from your driver, assuring me that he had checked on the flight arrival, had it covered and would see us upon landing.  At the baggage claim, here comes a text, letting us know he was at the airport and would pick us up at Door 7 as soon as I gave him the "go", upon securing our luggage.  We were not outside of the terminal two minutes, when he came rolling up, doors open and loading our luggage, asking us how the trip went.

I have no idea how your system works or how many people you employ in providing personalized car service. But I can tell you that as long as we are treated like this, I will be a customer and never even consider another service.  His attention to detail, congenial, drives extremely safely (a big one for my wife) and communicates in an efficient manner in pre-pickup via cell phone and a crack up during the ride itself.  He even remembered things said in conversation during our trip home on 1-11-11 that were discussed when he took us to the airport on 1-1-11, ten days earlier.  That is personal service beyond what we could expect.

We would like to offer a "big thumbs up" to Arizona Executive.  My family and I have used them many times to drive us to and from the Phoenix airport to our home near Carefree.  All the drivers have been prompt and professional.........with a wonderful personal side....even offering to stop for necessities before going to our home.  The office staff is very good at keeping us updated with confirmations by email and phone.  I would strongly recommend their service and plan to continue our good relationship in the future.

Three friends and I flew into Phoenix for a golf outing. We were in need of quick transportation from the airport to the golf course andArizona Executive worked wonderfully for us. After researching our options, we chose Arizona Executive because their rates compared with other taxi/shuttle services and their service appeared to be superior. Setting up the reservation was easy and took no time at all. Once we landed I called to inform them that we had arrived. In the time it took us to walk from the gate to passenger pickup a large SUV with plenty of room for the four us (and we aren’t small guys) arrived. The driver was very informative on the Phoenix area as we peppered him with questions during our ride to the course. All and all, a great experience with no surprises for a fair price. Thank you Arizona Executive for a good start to our golf day!

I appreciate the AAA rated service you provided for me on my visit to Phoenix the weekend of March 18-21.2010. From your dispatcher, who was great at setting up my pick-up at the airport and followed-up to make sure all was good, to the driver who picked me up for the trip to North Scottsdale and the communication excellent for the remainder of the weekend. Your service was so much better than renting a car and certainly the cost saved me several hundred dollars for the weekend.

This was our first experience using Arizona Executive for a night out on the town. It sure was pleasant! I was originally requesting a SUV for the night out, but AE provided me with a super deal on a limo! My girlfriends & I were blown away by the world class service . Our driver arrived a couple minutes early. He was very friendly and flexible throughout our evening. He made sure he communicated with me so my girlfriends & I felt safe knowing he was waiting for us whenever we were ready. I will recommend Arizona Executive to my colleagues and friends. All I can say is WOW!! Arizona Executive is absolutely the best in service AND value. Getting to the airport on business travel from Anthem AZ is never an easy task... except when I use AZ Exec. The crew is always professional and courteous with great vehicles. The drivers never hesitate to satisfy any request from stopping at the local Starbucks along the way or a quick stop if needed. Now with Limo Service... it gets even better. I will ALWAYS use Arizona Executive for any event that takes me out of Anthem. It doesn’t get any easier than that. Thanks Guys!! I would like to thank Arizona Executive for always being there exactly when I need them whether it is a 4 am pick or a 1 am arrival at the airport!! The entire staff are extremely professional and courteous to me and my colleagues whenever they're in town for meetings.
