Arizona Executive is consistently excellent. I know someone will show up on time and get me to/from the airport.

We have used Arizona Executive the last 4 years for airport transportation from Anthem to Mesa. Drivers have always been on time, actually early, each time, very courteous. We travel as a couple and with our family of 10 and they have always accommodated us. Our entire extended family now uses Arizona Executive.

The epitome of dependability. Always on time; always at a fair price. Drivers are always friendly (and obey the speed limits!), their cars are clean, and pickup is easy, whether from your home or hotel or at the airport. A few bucks more than Super Shuttle - but absolutely worth it!

I made a recent reservation for a late night trip to the airport (for a red eye flight on a Sunday morning at 1am). During that day I played golf in 105 heat. About 10 pm I came down with symptoms of Heat Exhaustion. I called and cancelled my reservation - and while surprised (my driver was already on his way) - my reception was business like and sympathetic. I appreciated that a) there was no hassle, and b) there was no penalty. I plan to use Arizona Executive on future late night trips.

The first couple of times we used your service we were very happy and spread the word.

I am glad we found Arizona Executive. Having a direct ride to and from the airport in a private SUV vehicle means a lot. It allows us to converse amongst ourselves or with the driver without the feeling of other customers who are listening to everything.

The service was very good. We are from Canada, so when we come to Phoenix, we use the service. Unfortunately, we don't make it down here as often as we would like.

The service is always excellent and timely. We will continue to use in the future!!

We have used this service for 3 years. Previously we have used Shuttle service which took too long time to reach destination due to multiple pickup on the way. This service is reliable,  time saver, comfortable , clean SUV's, drivers are friendly and overall good value, highly recommended.

I have been a regular client of Arizona Executive for about 6 months, after previously using several other providers.. During this time I have found them to be excellent.  They are priced very fairly, are very dependable time wise for pickups and the drivers are courteous, with well maintained vehicles.  In addition  communication is very efficient, either by E-Mail or telephone. I want to send a note of appreciation for the round trip ride my wife and I received from one of your drivers to and from Sky Harbor for our trip to Hawaii.  Not only was he on time...he is 15 minutes early, which really relieves the anxiety of whether we are going to make our flight, as we live quite some way from the airport.

On the trip back, we were tired, arriving at just before midnight last night.  Again, a little concerned that the connection would be successful having been taken to the airport, but never from the airport.  Our concerns were quickly evaporated, as upon landing, there was a voice mail on my phone from your driver, assuring me that he had checked on the flight arrival, had it covered and would see us upon landing.  At the baggage claim, here comes a text, letting us know he was at the airport and would pick us up at Door 7 as soon as I gave him the "go", upon securing our luggage.  We were not outside of the terminal two minutes, when he came rolling up, doors open and loading our luggage, asking us how the trip went.

I have no idea how your system works or how many people you employ in providing personalized car service. But I can tell you that as long as we are treated like this, I will be a customer and never even consider another service.  His attention to detail, congenial, drives extremely safely (a big one for my wife) and communicates in an efficient manner in pre-pickup via cell phone and a crack up during the ride itself.  He even remembered things said in conversation during our trip home on 1-11-11 that were discussed when he took us to the airport on 1-1-11, ten days earlier.  That is personal service beyond what we could expect.

I have used the services of Arizona Executive on several occasions. I find their service to be very punctual and professional. Their online booking system is very convenient and easy to use. A confirmation call after the reservation lets you know they will be there. Their rate is very reasonable, and I have referred their services to others who have commented positively on their experiences.

I have been an Execucar customer for many years, mostly for airport shuttles for business trips. I had come across an ad for Arizona Executive and thought I would try them out for my next trip. Wow, was I impressed and glad I did. Making the reservation was a snap, followed up with confirmation, personal and on time service. Pick up on the return leg was excellent also - the service was waiting for me, now that's a change! Subsequently, my friends and I have used Arizona Executive for a "boys night out" to a Coyotes game. Arizona Executive picks us all up at our houses, takes care of the rest and leaves the night open for a good time that is safe and affordable. I am a very satisfied customer.

We recently used Arizona Executive for a full night as part of their Special Event Transportation. The service was amazing. They picked us up on time and drove us to the various locations on our "boys night out". The driver stayed with the vehicle all night and was waiting at the front door any time we wanted to move to a new location. The service was very reasonably priced and the driver made our evening out a very fun and safe experience. We will continue to use this service as well as the Airport Pick up and shuttle to sporting events/golf.

We recently celebrated our wedding anniversary and decided to call Arizona Executive LLC to transport us to our restaurant reservation at Kierland. We were pleasantly greeted by ourdriver who was very prompt in picking us up at home and driving us to our destination. We were quite impressed by his professionalism and friendly service-oriented demeanor. The vehicle was very clean and appropriate. Our driver was right there waiting for us as we exited the restaurant a few minutes early as well. We highly recommend their service and you can't beat their extremely competitive rates!
