1. Please make sure to TURN ON the cell phone that you provided to us in your Reservation.

2. Your driver will CALL/TEXT you to establish communication for a smooth pick up experience.

3. If you do not hear from your driver on your cell/voicemail by the time you get down to the Baggage Area then please call our "PRIORITY PASSENGER PICKUP LINE" (602) 475-1125 when you get down to the baggage claim area.

4. Once you have ALL your bags, please proceed to:

• If Arriving at Terminal 4 the SOUTH SIDE, INSIDE CURB (closest to the Terminal Building), DOOR #8.
• If Arriving at Terminal 3 the NORTH SIDE, INSIDE CURB (closest to the Terminal Building), DOOR #7.

• Walk Directly outside of the Baggage Claim Area
• Stay at the Inside Curb closest to the Terminal Building
• Look back to see the exact "Letter Door" You exited from
  so you can let your driver know to make pickup easier.
